U.S. Naval Academy, MD - Gate Hours, Map and Status

The US Naval Academy is located within the city of Annapolis, MD and has four access points. The Main Gate 1 is open Sun-Thu: 0600-2200 and Fri-Sat: 0600-0100 for POV traffic or Sun-Fri: 0500-2400 and Sat: 0500-0200 for Pedestrian traffic. This is also the location of the Visitor Control Center (VCC). Gate 3 is open twice a day for POV traffic, M-F: 0600-0900 Inbound only and 1500-1800 Outbound only; for Pedestrian traffic, the hours are Sun-Thu: 0600-1900 and Fri-Sat: 0600-2200. Gate 8 and Post 5 Commercial Gate are both open 24 hours to POV and Pedestrian traffic; the Post 5 CVI Station's hours are M-F: 0600-1400, except on holidays.
